Dublin Lacrosse
Dublin Lacrosse was founded in 2004 with the aim and objective of spreading the game of lacrosse in Ireland to both men and women. The team was formed following the success of the Irish men's national team in the World Games in Perth, Australia in 2002 and the most recent European Championships in 2004 in Prague. It is hoped that Dublin Lacrosse will continue to offer more people in Ireland the opportunity to play this fantastic sport, and will maintain its links with the Irish national set-up in the hope of supplying Irish-based players to the national teams, and supporting continued success for the men's team, and of establishing an Irish women's team. ,
