Connemara Smokehouse
The white-washed smokehouse, situated on the waters edge of Aillebrack 20 minutes drive from Clifden town. We specialise in the most meticulously sourced wild salmon, bought locally from fishermen during fishing season and every fish is filleted by Graham himself. The signature style is a gentle, subtle smoking , which gives the salmon a delicate texture and colour. We Specialise in Wild and Organic Salmon from Smoked Salmon, Gravadlax our award winning Honey Roast Smoked Salmon, Smoked Trout, kippers, Smoked Tuna etc. We also run a smokehouse tour during June,July & August at 3pm on Wednesday to the public, we also run group tours by appointment only all year round do call for detail.,
