connemarathon Mick Rice, (placed second in the first ever Connemarathon), ran a personal best of 2:57 in
Dublin this year followed over the line by anther Connemarathoner Peter Delmer who also
posted a 2:57 personal best in Dublin. Mick and Peter were joined at the finish line by
thenry AC team mete Colm Rowe who crept under the 3 mark with a PB of 2:59 with another
Athenry AC PB coming from Paul Hehir running and impressive 3:16. Eileen and Bridget Anne
(the sheep ladies as they've become affectionately known) both crossed the line in 4:07
another PB. Our race Director Ray O'Connor also posted a personal best of 3:52 in his 9th
marathon in three years... Not bad for a novice.,
