Seapoint Golf Links was designed by Des Smyth and Associates and opened in June 1993. - you can now view updates on todays playing conditions at Seapoint and also view the results of the weekends competions. The course is designed to accommodate all standards of golfer from the beginner, the low handicapper and to the professional alike. Our aim is that you enjoy the challenge. Seapoint is a championship course with a par of 72, measuring over 7,000 yards and constructed on 260 acres of linksland. The beauty of Links Golf means that the course is playable 365 days per year. There are only 150 links golf courses in the world. Four sets of tee boxes on most holes and large manicured greens are features that are a pleasure to golfers all year round. Mature trees border the course on the west and offer a contrast to the links, while water hazards come into play on six of the first nine holes. The closing holes are bordered by the beach and offer magnificent views of the East Coast, the Mountains of Mourne and the Irish Sea.
