Four
Four is devoted to the development of an uninhibited artistic exploration of ideas, discourses and new trends in contemporary art and its practices. It sees its function as promoting, supporting and bringing contemporary art, curators and the artists who take part in its evolution to the public's attention.
Four hosts six exhibitions a year and profiles emerging or mid-career international or Irish artists whose practice is of outstanding quality and who have limited previous exposure in Ireland. The gallery is committed to the professional development of artists and offers a strong level of curatorial, administrative and practical support. The exhibitions are complimented by a programme of live music and a series of talks which aim to introduce and discuss various aspects of contemporary art practice.,

Stone Gallery
Opened in April 2005 by Loman Cusack Design Stone Gallery is a new space for contemporary art. It exhibits an extensive selection of contemporary painting, prints, other 2D work and occassionally 3D work by established and emerging artists. Our aim is to produce an exhibition programme which is stimulating, exciting, engaging and accessible.
Our opening year has been one which has been marked by both an exciting engagement with fresh talent and conservative experimentation where we have primarily focused on 2D media with an emphasis on contemporary painting. Our new policy of using the space downstairs ‘Gallery 2’ intermittently as a project space where we exhibit the work of recent graduates or artists whose work is less commercial is providing space and voice to artists who may find it difficult to exhibit normally in the context of a commercial space.
Thus Stone is beginning to establish itself as a gallery which is dedicated to fostering work by emerging and mid-career artists as well as more established artists. For the forthcoming year our plan is to continue to foster work of quality and integrity and to bring to our ever-widening audience exciting work unseen elsewhere. It is also our plan to expand our curatorial focus to include work in new media, to place an emphasis on innovation and the pushing of boundaries in contemporary art and to incorporate the work of international artists into our programme.
Our services include a consultation for individual and corporate buyers on how to best use artwork in their professional and living spaces, and an online portfolio website.
Our purpose built gallery is a unique combination of planar glazing, strip mirrors and striking white interiors. Located on a busy regenerated street in Dublin city centre we are ideally located for collectors and browsers alike.
